    Michael Pietrzak brings 15 years of construction operations experience and a proven track record of building successful companies to Truebuilder. With a background that includes co-founding and scaling a solar EPC to $42 million in annual revenue, Michael has installed solar on over 6,500 homes in California and overseen the construction of 350 accessory dwelling units.

    As a 25-year entrepreneur, Michael has founded, built, and sold multiple 8-figure companies across various industries, including solar, construction, payroll services, junk removal, manufacturing, automotive repair, entertainment financing, TV production, real estate, and hospitality. He has successfully sold construction companies to private equity in 2005 and 2017, giving him a deep understanding of what potential buyers and investors look for in construction firms.

    Currently, Michael owns a diverse portfolio of investments and small businesses and manages an early-stage investment fund. He regularly consults a network of private investors on mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity investments.
